SERVICES
Nutritional/ Lifestyle Coaching
You cannot out train bad food choices; Healthy/clean eating is key to achieving optimal fitness results. This 12 week coaching program gives you the guidance you need to change your nutrition/lifestyle choices to expedite your total body/lifestyle transformation. Follow a meal plan, check in once a week with weight and measurements and I will coach you to keep focused and make the changes necessary to keep getting the weight loss/fitness results you want.
Program Design
Want to start a new program or maybe just bored or plateauing on your current program. This 12 week workout program provides you with a custom designed program tailored to your own goals and accessibilities (gym, home etc). Check in once a week with measurements and program amendments will be made as needed (up to 2 revisions in the 12 week period). Personal training sessions during the 12 week period offered at a reduced rate.
Personal Training
One on one training sessions offered in your home (travel charges may apply) or mine, indoors or outdoors. One time flat rate session or reduced rates with commitment. Discounted rates offered to clients who sign up for the Program Design service option.
Small Group Fitness
Private training sessions for groups of 2 - 4 people. Two or Three days/week options with a minimum 6 week commitment. Pricing varies by number of participants and time commitment.
Mom & Baby Personal Training
Mass-On Muscle & Fitness = M.O.M. Fitness. Personal Training sessions with your baby in attendance. No excuses moms, your baby is welcome here - work out while baby plays. Training offered in your home (some travel fees may apply), or mine. Sessions are booked in 90 minute time slots to allow for distractions.
