I prefer to work out on my own, so I don't require a personal trainer or classes to motivate me. However, I don't really know what I'm doing in order to maximize results, and just using an elliptical or jogging isn't a well rounded work out. CLASSES


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)/Circuit Class

Location: Fieldhouse, Langdon

Mondays: 7:30-8:30pm, September 08, 2014 to October 27, 2014 (8 classes)

Registration: CLASS FULL

An intense interval and/or circuit class combining the use of body weight exercises and exercises with equipment to raise heart rate, make you sweat and burn fat fast. Each class combines cardiovascular and functional fitness exercises.

All fitness levels welcome.

Minimum of 8 participants required.

Variety Pack

Location: Fieldhouse, Langdon

Tuesdays: 7:30-8:30pm, September 09, 2014 to October 28, 2014 (8 classes)

Registration: Ongoing

Fight boredom and keep the body challenged with a different style of work out each week. Workout styles include high intensity intervals (HIIT), circuits, eccentric muscle conditioning, 100's, ladders, pyramids and more. Class open to all fitness levels.

All fitness levels welcome.

M.O.M. (Stroller/Kid Friendly) Fitness Class

Location: Langdon Park (Outdoor Class)

Thursdays: 9:45 - 10:30am, September 10, 2014 to October 16, 2014 (6 classes)

Registration: Ongoing

The perfect way to get back in shape and attend to your child's needs at the same time. A 45 minute express outdoor classes including a variety of strength, endurance, and interval exercises utilizing the stroller, body weight and light weights. Older children are welcome to come, run around or play at the park.

All fitness levels welcome.

Outdoor Boot Camp

Location: Langdon Park (Outdoor Class)

Thursdays: 6:30-7:30pm, September 10, 2014 to October 16, 2014 (6 classes)

Registration: Ongoing

Increase strength, endurance and build muscle with this fun and challenges outdoor 60 minute workout. Participants can expect to do basic boot camp style exercises including push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, burpees, strength training, circuits, drills and cardio exercises.

All fitness levels welcome.

Minimum of 5 participants required.

Stair Camp

Location: Various (new location each week)

Saturdays: 9:30-10:30am, September 06, 2014 to October 18, 2014 (7 classes)

Registration: Ongoing

Bust your butt with this intense leg/glute workout. Each workout will include 40 minutes of stair training incorporating different muscle groups and intervals, followed by 15 minute core work and 5 min cool down. New location each week – transportation included from Langdon.

All fitness levels welcome.
